Once you submit the reservation form under the tab 'make a reservation' to the left, we will send you an e-mail where you can pay the deposit via e-mail, using your credit card, in an extremely secure network provided by paypal, the number one payment site in the world.

A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days of the trip, you will be required to pay the full price upfront.Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is given more than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit less the greater of $100 or 10% of the total rate, will be returned.

If cancellation notice is given between 46 and 59 days prior to arrival, your deposit less the greater of $150 or half of your deposit will be forfeited. 

If cancellation notice is given between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival, you total deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 30 days or less of the vacation date will be charged the full vacation rate, including deposit.
